Bisard Found Guilty On All Charges

An Allen County jury has returned a guilty verdict on all charges the Marion County Prosecutor's Office filed against former IMPD Officer David Bisard in connection with the 2010 fatal alcohol accident he was involved while driving his police cruiser that left one motorcyclist dead and two seriously injured. Bisard faces a maximum sentence of 54 20 years in prison and fines of up to $90,000 for the 9 felony charges against him. Sentencing in the case is set for November 26 according to WRTV.
